This photo appears in the August 2013 edition of The Field. It shows the late Ken Green, former huntsman of the CVB for 21 years, assisted by Simon Shaw, christening the season's puppies. Christening puppies, with words by Ammon Wrigley, is a time honoured tradition in these parts and an important little ceremony. The article in The Field, which I have yet to see has an account of this. The photo was taken in 2008 and this weekend will see the current christening.
