I just missed the Meet at the Three Acres as by the time I found a place to park they were setting off on a fine New Year's Day. I originally went to the H&CVB Meet to find there were no hounds, which gave me just enough time go back to get to the Rockwood. Had it not been for the slowest-ever stream of traffic for most of the way, held up by a labouring old camper van, I might have made it. A lovely day out though.

The Meet was in the bottom where the cars are. A huge field with big public support of well wishers. (I notice the above image has somehow got on the Rockwood Facebook page - doesn't say where from though :-).
